The car was very clean and when I drove off I thought that I was in the wrong car because it drove like a brand new automobile, not a 5 year old auto with 58 thousand miles on it. Went in for an oil change yesterday (7/13) and asked the serviceman to check on our 2 back doors. We have checked the child locks and cannot get the back doors to open when we have company in the back seat serviceman to check on our 2 back doors. We have checked the child locks and cannot get the back doors to open when we have company in the back seats. We have to get out of the front seats and go open the doors for our back seat riders. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. The serviceman told me I had to make ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM CHECKED. This is ridiculous. Now I have to come back in a few weeks. Had a 10AM appointment. Took me right in. Car was in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. Was kept up to date as to the progress. Service advisor was very engagin Took me right in.
