Overall I am very pleased with the service. Due to an emergency, I had to move up my scheduled oil change. I was scheduled for August 4th but I was not going to be available that date. I was told to bring my vehicle in on July 21st and leave it all day. I had no problem doing this. However, there was no shuttle service available so I had to make arrangements for a neighbor to bring me home and take m to the dealer to pick up my car when it was ready. More
I had my first Tucson service at Hyundai in Hardeeville yesterday and it went great. Mickey Harvest was behind the service counter when I arrived and took over. I was directed to a comfortable lounge area (water, coffee, soft drinks available) and settled in for a wait. But less than an hour later, Mickey told me the car was ready to go. He reviewed their work (oil, filter, tire rotation, fluids, etc. ) and answered a few questions (you can't make the lock/unlock tones louder) and sent me on my way with the service interval reset. Professional, competent and timely -- just what a service visit should be. I am pleased to provide this review. More
I had an appointment that I was running late for and the customer service rep I spoke with told me it was ok to still come in. They handled me swiftly.
