AutoNation Hyundai Hilton Head - Service Center

Car needed to be assessed and fixed. Took over a month to be even seen, despite being told it'd be looked at and an estimate given after 7-14 days. No one ever answered in service dept. Took over a month to be even seen, despite being told it'd be looked at and an estimate given after 7-14 days. No one ever answered in service dept. No one ever responded to my messages. No one informed me qhy it took a month with no contact. Husband dealt with the rest once they did suddenly start working on the car. Inconsistent communication. A lot of blaming our insurance for delays (despite proof of our insurance being on top of everything). The manager even became annoyed with us for asking why there were so many delays, excuses, and lacking communication - she never even followed up with us after she said she would. 3 months before we got our car back and the damage was NOT that bad. When we did, we had to immediately return it (via tow truck) due to incomplete work done on the car. We do NOT trust their work. Their care and quality is awful. More

If you own a Genesis and want to schedule an appointment online their web site will not allow it. You have to call into the service department. Then you will find out they only have one person who can sch online their web site will not allow it. You have to call into the service department. Then you will find out they only have one person who can schedule Genesis vehicles, who when I called was unavailable. So much for making it easy on your customers. Makes me think twice about buying another Genesis. More

I had a tow hitch installed in which I had purchased about a month ago when I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson. Due to time constraints, I was not able to have the hitch installed at the time of purchase. about a month ago when I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson. Due to time constraints, I was not able to have the hitch installed at the time of purchase. The sales rep I had arranged a service appointment to have the hitch installed at a later date. When I brought the car in to have the hitch installed, my sales rep gave me a lift home while the work was being performed. He came to pick me up and take me back to the dealership when the work was completed. The service team was professional and delivered my vehicle on time and to my complete satisfaction. My future plans are to purchase another vehicle within the next 6 months. I will be purchasing from Auto Nation Hilton Head because from sales to service, my complete satisfaction is obviously their priority. I appreciate their respect of my time and business.
