Your promise of refunding my $121. 72 still has not taken place. I was supposed to have happened on the 12th of this month. We took our Hyundai in for service because the AC inexplicably quit during both legs of a a long and very hot RT car trip. We bought the car new 8 years ago and never had a similar problem. How this happened appears unknowable, no scenario making much sense. No mechanical problems were found. The service rep, Brett, was very helpful and informative throughout. We then got an oil change, which my husband thought was over-priced though it was the same price as the recent oil change we got for our Honda at the Honda dealer. So far as we know the service in both instances was excellent. For the AC problem, we left the car at the dealer. We came back for the oil change and waited while it was done. More
