I understand that this is the only Hyundai dealer around, but the wait time just to have the vehicle looked at (2+ weeks) is ridiculous, especially when the vehicle isn’t drivable. I understand that there m but the wait time just to have the vehicle looked at (2+ weeks) is ridiculous, especially when the vehicle isn’t drivable. I understand that there might be staff shortages, perhaps, however, I didn’t expect 2+ weeks of waiting for someone just to look at it and diagnosis the problem. Once diagnosed, it took an additional 2+ weeks to get repaired. Communication during the process wasn’t the greatest either. On the plus side, I am happy that the car is repaired and I can drive once again. Since it is the only Hyundai dealer around, I would continue to take my vehicle there. More
