We are pleased with this dealership. Our service advisor, Brett Adelman is professional and courteous. On our last service appointment, we left our car for several days. Brett drove the car several days to make sure the electrical issue with the central console had been resolved. I felt he went above and beyond and we are happy that he is our service advisor. I took my Genesis G90 in due to the front driver’s side seatbelt warning sound and light was malfunctioning. The warning would sound and light would flash even though the belt was on properly. It was und seatbelt warning sound and light was malfunctioning. The warning would sound and light would flash even though the belt was on properly. It was under warranty and they could fine the problem. The problem consist off and on. I hope when I return for my regular service they would replace the sensors in the seatbelt. It’s covered under my extended warranty package I purchased. This is only the first time I have been disappointed by their service department. More
