We have been trying for over a year to get a warranty issue addressed. We have even gone to corporate to assist. We have been given the run around, no return calls, numerous emails left with no reply. We issue addressed. We have even gone to corporate to assist. Buyer beware, once you drive off the lot, you are on your own. They do not provide the service they brag about. More
My car was here last month and the water pump was replaced to which the radiator has to be moved in order to get to it. The car now is back this month because the intercoolant system was leaking . I got no loaner and poor customer service, so I left reviews and contact Genesis customer care. Now all of a sudden I receive a text at 7:30pm stating my radiator is leaking and has damage from outside influence not covered under warranty. This is so sad…. Now someone has caused damage and it wasn’t there last month or last week when they looked at the vehicle. More
My car was held for three days and a part was replaced a month ago and released with confidence, only for the car to start the same thing this month. Took it back and I received a text message not a call a text that the part would be 7-10 days. No loaner vehicle and expected to get rental out of pocket. No return call from Mickey the associate or Jessica the Service manager. Ask to speak to the General Manager and denied that request. Not able to speak to any one of higher ranking. The issue was supposed to be fix. Very unprofessional. More
I am very unhappy. I also tried to schedule online but there was nothing available for several weeks. How can you sell cars without having service appointments available. So what am I supposed to do about this recall? Had to wait for over two months for appointment to have a recall fixed. Called day before my appointment to make sure they were going to fix issue also they were doing routine maintenance with changing oil a recall fixed. Called day before my appointment to make sure they were going to fix issue also they were doing routine maintenance with changing oil as it is a hour drive to the dealership. Told me it would take up to 4 hours. Had someone follow me so we could do other things while waiting. Three hours later received call that car was about done but o ly the regular maintenance was completes and that they had to order the recalled part and I would need ro return in 4 or 5 days. This part should have already been on hand when that appointment was set . This is a inconvenience to me and the time to wait again and the cost of driving a two hour round trip. Not a way to do business. More

The service writers are knowledgeable and courteous. Work was performed in a timely manner. The customer waiting area is big with a variety of seating choices. Great coffee 😎.
