I highly recommend not falling for the extended warranty that doesn’t cover anything. You pay extra for free oil changes and diagnostics to tell you that you owe more money and sorry that’s not covered. that doesn’t cover anything. We have been trying for over a year to get a warranty issue addressed. We have even gone to corporate to assist. My car was held for three days and a part was replaced a month ago and released with confidence, only for the car to start the same thing this month. Took it back and I received a text message not a call a month ago and released with confidence, only for the car to start the same thing this month. No return call from Mickey the associate or Jessica the Service manager. Ask to speak to the General Manager and denied that request. Not able to speak to any one of higher ranking.
