If you own a Genesis and want to schedule an appointment online their web site will not allow it. You have to call into the service department. Then you will find out they only have one person who can sch online their web site will not allow it. You have to call into the service department. Then you will find out they only have one person who can schedule Genesis vehicles, who when I called was unavailable. So much for making it easy on your customers. Makes me think twice about buying another Genesis. More

I had a tow hitch installed in which I had purchased about a month ago when I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson. Due to time constraints, I was not able to have the hitch installed at the time of purchase. about a month ago when I purchased a new Hyundai Tucson. When I brought the car in to have the hitch installed, my sales rep gave me a lift home while the work was being performed. He came to pick me up and take me back to the dealership when the work was completed. The service team was professional and delivered my vehicle on time and to my complete satisfaction. My future plans are to purchase another vehicle within the next 6 months. I will be purchasing from Auto Nation Hilton Head because from sales to service, my complete satisfaction is obviously their priority. I appreciate their respect of my time and business.
