I drive a lot and second Tucson service at AutoNation Hyundai -- and it went as well as the first. I arrived on time, Brett (at the service counter) had my info available and told me they would get me s Hyundai -- and it went as well as the first. I arrived on time, Brett (at the service counter) had my info available and told me they would get me started right away. He estimated an hour. During my time in the spare but suitable waiting area, I got a text, picture, and visit from Brett regarding a dirty cabin filter I agreed to replace. 54 minutes after I arrived, I was done. The service call and personnel were professional, competent and timely -- just what a service visit should be. I am, again, pleased to provide a review. More
