I understand that this is the only Hyundai dealer around, but the wait time just to have the vehicle looked at (2+ weeks) is ridiculous, especially when the vehicle isn’t drivable. I understand that there might be staff shortages, perhaps, however, I didn’t expect 2+ weeks of waiting for someone just to look at it and diagnosis the problem. Once diagnosed, it took an additional 2+ weeks to get repaired. Communication during the process wasn’t the greatest either. On the plus side, I am happy that the car is repaired and I can drive once again. Since it is the only Hyundai dealer around, I would continue to take my vehicle there. More

Had a 2pm appointment for some recalls that Hyundai currently has. They took the car promptly; the service advisors Brent and Angela were courteous and explained everything to me. The waiting area was currently has. They took the car promptly; the service advisors Brent and Angela were courteous and explained everything to me. The waiting area was nice and clean with comfortable chairs and plenty of space. The work was completed in a little over an hour. They washed and vacuumed the car, advised me of the 60,000 mile maintenance, how much it was going to cost, etc. Will definitely be going back to this dealership to get service. More
