My visit to the Hilton Head Hyundai dealership was a most pleasant all-round experience, so much so that what was originally intended as a simple visit resulted in the purchase of a new Sonata. Although initially friendly, as soon as the sale was completed, the friendliness ended. One vehicle had a potentially dangerous flaw; but dealer refused to fix it in order to complete the sale. Paperwork promised to me as not arrived, meaning I will have to take off more work, and if it does not arrive within a week, I will have to pay a 10% penalty for their lack of organization. Not fair. This is my second Hyundai. My first was a 2006 Azera, this one a 2009 Genesis. All the work done in the past three years has been at this dealership, and they've been a non-pressuring low-key group who h this one a 2009 Genesis. The cars have been excellent, Matt Meyer a fine saleaman, servive mamager Brian has taken good care of the work performed and everyone else has been friendly and accomodating. I would highly recommend the brand and the dealership. More
