I was contemplating purchasing a 2012 Sonata GLS. I live in Charleston and got internet prices from the local dealer and from Kelly Colangelo at the Sonata dealership at the New River Auto Mall. She gave me a bottom line price the first time - no haggling and it was certainly competitive with the local dealership. Kelly followed up on occasion but there was no pressure. All communications that I had with her were pleasant. While ended up buying the car locally only because of convenience, Kelly did everything she could in trying to make things easier for me. She even offered to have someone drive the contract and vehicle here. She even got me a range of what I'd be offered for my trade in sight unseen after I gave her the VIN number so she could check CarFax prior to extended me a range for the trade in. Again, she couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. I dreaded emailing her to tell her that I purchased the vehicle here anticipating an unfavorable response since she had spent some time doing some leg work for me. Much to my surprise, she was every bit as pleasant and told me that she hoped I would enjoy the car and that if she could ever help me, to let me know. We were in search of a new car. I already had a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe which I really loved and went to look at the newer models. My husband's Jeep Grand Cherokee was 12 years old and he was itching to g Hyundai Santa Fe which I really loved and went to look at the newer models. My husband's Jeep Grand Cherokee was 12 years old and he was itching to get his hands on my Hyundai. So on a Friday morning we went to our local Hilton Head Hyunai dealer and Matt Meyers introduced himslef to us. We took out a new 2011 Santa Fe. I hesitated in driving the 4 cyclinder because my expereince with other makers on the 4 cylinder was underpowering and poor acceleration. I was pleasantly surprised to find the the 2011 Hyndai Santa Fe engine acceleated quickly without heistation especially when speeding up to change lanes. At 175 horsepower, I had plenty of power. Another feature that I liked was the tight turn radius on the steering. Matt was very patient and gave us enough time to test the car. Also, the newer model has blue tooth and XM radio. I was sold on the car right away and the buying process was made quite easy. We were out within a couple of hours. Within a few days we took our car on a 500 mile round trip to Charlotte, NC. The Santa Fe handled beautifully and I was so impressed with the ease, comfort, and performance of the car. More

We were in the market for a luxury used car and this dealership by far is the best I have been to! Our new car wouldn't be ready until the next day so they let us borrow a brand new Hyundai Genesis for the night and that was such a nice treat to drive. We didn't know about those until Todd showed it to us. Todd took the time to show us all the cars features and set up our bluetooth phone for us. He said if we have any trouble programming the garage opener he will come to the house. The experience was a good one. The car appears to be one that we will enjoy. So far we only have it one day. More
