I was contemplating purchasing a 2012 Sonata GLS. I live in Charleston and got internet prices from the local dealer and from Kelly Colangelo at the Sonata dealership at the New River Auto Mall. She gave me a bottom line price the first time - no haggling and it was certainly competitive with the local dealership. Kelly followed up on occasion but there was no pressure. All communications that I had with her were pleasant. While ended up buying the car locally only because of convenience, Kelly did everything she could in trying to make things easier for me. She even offered to have someone drive the contract and vehicle here. She even got me a range of what I'd be offered for my trade in sight unseen after I gave her the VIN number so she could check CarFax prior to extended me a range for the trade in. Again, she couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. I dreaded emailing her to tell her that I purchased the vehicle here anticipating an unfavorable response since she had spent some time doing some leg work for me. Much to my surprise, she was every bit as pleasant and told me that she hoped I would enjoy the car and that if she could ever help me, to let me know.
