I phoned my Client advisor of choice and ask if he would get stock #xxxx ready for a test drive. We agreed on a time. Prior to leaving for the test drive I ask him to have an "out the door" price ready for us when we got back. Afterwards we discussed what we "didn't like about the drive" with our Client Advisor. All it took was a different option package (on the lot)and "we liked". We ask him to get us an "Out the door price" on our new selection. Price quoted, offer quoted, offer accepted, finance paper work began. Total dealership time roughly 90 min. More

Bait and Switch? Called the dealership before driving over 2 hours to view a particular car. They confirmed the vehicle was on their lot and that I would be able to te Called the dealership before driving over 2 hours to view a particular car. They confirmed the vehicle was on their lot and that I would be able to test drive that evening. After arriving they did not have the car and said it was located at another dealership the company owns an additional hour away. One explanation of this was that they had tried to call and let me know; however, I looked through my phone and did not have a single missed called. They wanted my personal information for financing and instantly tried to talk me into another vehicle. When I made the point of saying I was not interested in other vehicles, one person did mention going to the other dealership but then that was not followed through with either. It felt very much like the bait and switch game. While I understand people have bad or off days, it was a very unprofessional atmosphere - I could hear the GM yelling at the salesman down the hall. The salesman was friendly but everything else about this experience was something I have never encountered before. To top the experience off, I called the dealership the next morning where they said the car was located and this dealership could not locate the car either. Will definitely never recommend this company to a friend or anyone for that matter. More
