2016 Genesis Delivery I was very pleased with the delivery experience of my 2016 Genesis. Initially I met with a salesman for a brief test drive, however, when I returned I was very pleased with the delivery experience of my 2016 Genesis. Initially I met with a salesman for a brief test drive, however, when I returned in about ten days, he had moved to the Audi dealership. I was introduced to Alex Moore who was very professional and knowledgeable about Hyundais. I never felt any pressure while dealing with him. I was deciding among Cadillac XTS, Lexus 330, and Genesis. In my opinion, the Genesis was easily the winner. We I acquired a 2013 Lexus RX350, me wife and I both had massages the day of delivery. I always was treated to freshly baked goods while waiting for my car to be serviced. That's the least they could with the exorbitant charges for service! I look forward to future dealings with Hilton Head Hyundai. More

Don't know the meaning of customer service Went to Hilton head Hyundai with my pregnant wife because we needed a vehicle after returning from a three tour overseas. Had to deal with two sales p Went to Hilton head Hyundai with my pregnant wife because we needed a vehicle after returning from a three tour overseas. Had to deal with two sales person because the first one didn't seem to want to sell us a car. The only one that was of any help was the general manager Tom. We were not inform of anything of the sales and had to ask what was our interest rate and etc. Was not inform of the deal they had going on which was the 0.9 percent interest rate and was automatically put on a 5.4 percent interest rate with 1500 off the price (Not worth it). Was put on a coverage plan that we clearly stated we did not want. Was told that they would have the car in by Friday but had to call and find out that the car won't be in till Monday or Tuesday. In the end we told the general manager that we was not happy with the customer service and he replied "then let's cancel the transaction because I don't want a bad review on the survey". Unbelievable!!!. I am an active military member and has been serving for 8 yrs. when an establishment thanks me for my service but stabs me in the back! I have nothing more to say... More

Service Dept customer service has gone down hill I bought my last 2 cars from this dealership even though there is one closer to me in Savannah. Have also taken both of those cars to this dealership I bought my last 2 cars from this dealership even though there is one closer to me in Savannah. Have also taken both of those cars to this dealership for service. Recently I called to book the 90,000 mile service. The first time I called I was told this was a 6hr service. I needed to figure out my schedule and said I would call back. An hour later, when I called to schedule, I asked for a loaner car. I was placed on hold, and then told the service is 2-3 hrs and I would not be able to get a loaner for that short period. No problem, I can handle a 2-3hr appt. Later that same day, I realized I didn't know how much this service was going to cost. I called and spoke to another person. This person gave me a price of $760 and 6hr timeframe. What? Conflicting stories, which is it?? Again I asked for a loaner car and was told there were none available. Frustrated I hung up. I called again to cancel my appt and was transferred to a "service manager." This person answered with "hello," did not identify himself, and quickly cancelled my appt without asking any questions. When I again asked about a loaner car for such a long service appt, I was told they do not offer loaners. Funny, I have received them in the past in similar situations. I asked what his solution to this was and was told I could call Hertz for a rental car. Really??! Over $700 and a 6hr wait and I should l rent a car? Last car and service at this dealer. Steer clear, they do not value their loyal customers. More
