As far as the buying process goes, it was pretty reasonably timed and "easy". I really appreciated his thoroughness, true concern for my time, follow up, etc. He's an A+ salesman who is a rare jewel! Ask for him. Aside from that experience, I also had a minor issue (which I could've let slide but didn't)--no fault of his or Hyundai really--which he came in for on his day off. The follow up to this issue was even more outstandingly served by his teammate/salesman, Adrian Elizondo. They both went well beyond their job description to help me out! I applaud their work ethics and the hiring process at this dealership! More

Brought the vehicle in on its scheduled day to have the oil changed along with a couple of issues that needed to be looked at. Six days later I got the car back! Promises were made by management to order an EV charger, so it would be there for my service appointment. When I got there, I found out the parts were never ordered. I waited over 4 hours in their waiting so it would be there for my service appointment. When I got there, I found out the parts were never ordered. I waited over 4 hours in their waiting area for an oil change! I never received a call to tell me the charger was in; I had to call them. After driving 45 minutes again to pick up my charger, I received a call from Jessica, the service director, that they neglected to perform a safety recall on my car. She PROMISED to pick up my car and drop it off, so I would not be further inconvenienced. That sequence of events started April 12th, 2023. I STILL have not received a call from this dealer to schedule an appointment. When I called, they claimed there were no notes in my file and when I called the service director, Jessica, I went straight to voice mail. I have not received a call back. My safety recall for a possible fire hazard has not been done, and this whole experience ruined my experience with the Hyundai brand and Auto Nation. More

My Advisor, Brett, made sure everything was taken care of on my vehicle.
