From Deparate to Satisfied I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having to replace my 2015 Toyota Highlander for a more affordable monthly payment. I have owned Toyotas I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having to replace my 2015 Toyota Highlander for a more affordable monthly payment. I have owned Toyotas for 20+ years but in this particular instance, Toyota was not able to get me into something that I liked and have a lower payment. The day I drove onto the HH Hyundai lot was the beginning of a journey through unfamiliar territory for me. Shawn greeted me with a smile and asked how could he help me. Little did he know he would be opening a Pandora's Box! After reviewing all the facts of my situation, he understood that I needed an SUV that would fit my budget & that I was a Toyota gal. He introduced me to the Santa Fe Sport and we took a test drive. Not yet convinced, I returned the next day, and 2 nights after that, and again on Saturday. I may hold the record for most visits in 6 days! Shawn was always understanding and patient (bless his heart), and made many trips back & forth to Mike's desk until we came to an agreement. There were hurdles for me from start to finish, but Shawn & Mike never gave up on me. I did truly feel like they were rooting for me and were determined to help me out of my former situation. Everyone there was really pleasant and it seemed like they were a family, not just co-workers. So, now I have had my Santa Fe Sport for a month. I'm not going to lie, it's not my Highlander but I am pleasantly adjusting and.....I have even discovered a few things that I like better about the Santa Fe Sport (don't tell Toyota.....or maybe I should so they could implement). All kidding aside, I thank the HH Hyundai Dealership family for their compassion & for coming to my rescue. More
