Lack of courtesy I had booked an appointment for aa door hinges recall, after two weeks came for the appointment and they told me i didn’t book anything, after the ser I had booked an appointment for aa door hinges recall, after two weeks came for the appointment and they told me i didn’t book anything, after the service advisor acted like i was bothering her, the guy that booked my appointment told me the recall on my car was done before i purchased my car, i was stoned how in the world you didn’t tell me that when i asked him for the appointment, What I’m talking about is the rudeness the lack of courtesy to the customers, if i need to go to get service i have to drive 40 miles back and forward from GA. and i know for the way the service advisors treated me is the wrong way to represent and do business, i even think about this with may newest car purchased from your business.
