We were really gover to Honda to look at the CRV model. We had two prior Hyundai and kept looking at the new Tucson. Alex showed us other features of this car and then brought out a CRV. Which I told him saved us the trip to the Honda dealer. I explained we needed to see both cars before I could make a decision. So we did our one stop shopping right there. We had a budget to stick with and after much back and forth we stayed where we wanted to be. Alex could not have been more knowledgeable and perfect gentleman throughout this process. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and was very professional and informative about the car and able to answer all of my questions fully. we went for a test drive; and he treated me with a sunny disposition throughout without seeming to be pressuring me into the sale. He is an excellent salesman and I was glad to have him helping me. I had my eye on a Honda that I had seen the day before, but had a better sales experience with Adam so chose the Hyundai. I would have been happy with either car. He made the sale and I am quite happy with my decision. More
