I don't need you to make this up for me. I would suggest you make sure: !. the waiting customer is not there more than 2 hours for oil change/tire rotation; 2. tire rotation is actually performed. I believe this is the 2nd time the tire rotation was not done. Get your technicians into a work mode!!!
