I highly recommend not falling for the extended warranty that doesn’t cover anything. You pay extra for free oil changes and diagnostics to tell you that you owe more money and sorry that’s not covered. that doesn’t cover anything. Would give 0 stars if I could, salesperson was extremely unprofessional, rude and insulting. This is coming from someone who has worked in a dealership before, mind you. Got disrespectful the SECOND we decided we were not buying this particular car from them, as if we owed it to him to buy the car??? He clearly did not understand the concept of a lead and providing respectable service even when the answer is "no", because you never know when that customer might come back or who they might refer. Well, after this experience, the answer is NEVER and NONE. Do NOT recommend!! They also live in the stone age and don't know how to use technology of the 21st century. Don't waste your time here. There are better options and other dealers that will treat you with the respect you deserve as a paying customer. A word to management, train your salespeople to not send disgusting text messages to customers just because they didn't seal the deal. Absolutely appalling. More

My buying experience was an adventure to say the least, I decided to trade in my four year old Elantra for a new model. I was happy when the Service Manager met my trade-in price. But that's when my happines decided to trade in my four year old Elantra for a new model. I was happy when the Service Manager met my trade-in price. But that's when my happiness ended, I was told all the cars came equipped with Satellite Radio and BlueLink. After I filled out the paperwork, I discovered neither was true on the model they sold me. I brought it back, and they agreed to sell me a model that had those amenities, and they would eat the difference in price, But when I got the car, I was given very little guidance on how to make everything work. While driving home, the car was riding rough. I discovered that the tires were all underinflated, and the windshield and windows were filthy, Through no fault of the dealership, the tires they put on the car are substandard, and I am not happy with the ride. And trying to figure out how to get the settings to my liking took days. And I' still not done. Plus, things like navigation and hands free texting in my 2025 model are not as good as my 2021 car. The maps are boring, and do not include cross streets, and the system does not ask if I want to reply to a text message. In a nutshell, let's just say I am experiencing buyers remorse. More
