I took my Genesis G90 in due to the front driver’s side seatbelt warning sound and light was malfunctioning. The warning would sound and light would flash even though the belt was on properly. It was und seatbelt warning sound and light was malfunctioning. The warning would sound and light would flash even though the belt was on properly. It was under warranty and they could fine the problem. The problem consist off and on. I hope when I return for my regular service they would replace the sensors in the seatbelt. It’s covered under my extended warranty package I purchased. This is only the first time I have been disappointed by their service department. More
I recommend asking for the service manager at Hyundai hiltonhead if you have any issues. I had a part not available for a scheduled repair but the part got returned when I delayed getting my car repaire hiltonhead if you have any issues. I had a part not available for a scheduled repair but the part got returned when I delayed getting my car repaired. I did wait over 90 days and called and scheduled with the after hours call center. The manager explained the situation and helped me get the repair covered under warranty. We’re a happy Hyundai family. More

Would give 0 stars if I could, salesperson was extremely unprofessional, rude and insulting. This is coming from someone who has worked in a dealership before, mind you. You'd think it wasn't their job to s unprofessional, rude and insulting. This is coming from someone who has worked in a dealership before, mind you. You'd think it wasn't their job to sell a car. Got disrespectful the SECOND we decided we were not buying this particular car from them, as if we owed it to him to buy the car??? He clearly did not understand the concept of a lead and providing respectable service even when the answer is "no", because you never know when that customer might come back or who they might refer. Well, after this experience, the answer is NEVER and NONE. Do NOT recommend!! They also live in the stone age and don't know how to use technology of the 21st century. Don't waste your time here. There are better options and other dealers that will treat you with the respect you deserve as a paying customer. A word to management, train your salespeople to not send disgusting text messages to customers just because they didn't seal the deal. Absolutely appalling. More
