We have been trying for over a year to get a warranty issue addressed. We have even gone to corporate to assist. My car was here last month and the water pump was replaced to which the radiator has to be moved in order to get to it. The car now is back this month because the intercoolant system was leaking . I got no loaner and poor customer service, so I left reviews and contact Genesis customer care. Now all of a sudden I receive a text at 7:30pm stating my radiator is leaking and has damage from outside influence not covered under warranty. This is so sad…. Now someone has caused damage and it wasn’t there last month or last week when they looked at the vehicle. More
