I found that the dealership was excellent and taking care of the customers needs. My sales person, Anthony Lucas was straightforward, no nonsense, and understood exactly what it was going to take to get me i of the customers needs. Only drawback to the sales process, if there were any is that although I know the general manager was in the background making decisions as to the value of my trade-in and the amount that I would be paying for the new vehicle he never once showed his face nor did he introduce himself to me. This would definitely remove a star from the rating as I expect that as a customer. I’ve been in business for over 35 years, running small large businesses and each, and every customer that I have ever sold, I have either met in person or a personally called them to thank them for their purchase. The Finance Manager who was Chris was excellent. He provided me with all of the options that I had in order to purchase additional warranties or services for the vehicle. My only suggestion would be that they re-organize their marketing plan to include three packages that are all inclusive, but at a low medium and higher level of coverage And that they give additional discounts for those who are buying the premium package vehicle, which is what I purchased. I did not feel like there was any consideration for the amount of money that I spent or the amount of money I was financing. I think this is a flaw in that particular program, but as I said before the Manager did an excellent job, explaining everything was friendly, was courteous and professional. Also, it would have been a nice touch if at the signing of the deal I were given a gift of coupons to have the vehicle washed, waxed and cleaned inside and out from one of the local detailing shops. That would’ve just been a nice touch after spending that kind of money with the dealership. All in all a good experience and I would highly recommend this group of professionals to anybody wanting to buy a new or used vehicle? More
