My transmission went out without any warning on my 2020 Santa Fe. Dealership did a good job of repairing it, but it took a full 8 days for them to “diagnose” and get approval from warranty before they wer Santa Fe. a turbo pump line oil leak that was listed as a 15 hour job took 3 weeks, after the first week i was given a loaner. The car was returned dirty with grease stains on the white leather door handle, and driv job took 3 weeks, after the first week i was given a loaner. I still smell burning oil, which i can only assume was because the residual oil was not cleaned up as was requested. I say this because the oil change i also requested was not done, even though i was not charged, I wanted it done and now i would have to reschedule, and after the last scheduled oil change took over two hours i will find another shop for any future work. More
