Very good treatment by all the staff. Scott (seller) was very nice and patience showing us all the vehicles we wanted to see and test drive. Scott and Paloma (manager) were great on price negotiation and meet all expectations for trade in and even went above and beyond to meet my spare tire requirement on a hybrid. Thank you both. Since it was last day of the month, the finance team were super busy and we had to wait almost 2 hours before we were able to finish the transaction. Danielle made the finance part as smooth and fast as possible but the system was a bit slow, it took an hour. We got the car afterwards and we noticed the vehicle had been cleaned and ready but on the outside both sides had splashed of what it seems tire wax (had to wipe with damped cloth), there were also some glue residues on the sides and as much they tried to clean, it had some very small scratches, (I was too tire to make a big deal). We left with vehicle after 9pm but we were happy overall. The windows tint had a bubble/scratch but Scott was able to get the tint replaced the next morning THANK YOU! Overall the sales service and process was smooth and fast, except for the 2 hours waiting to go with finance team. Drove back to San Antonio and enjoyed the drive. More
