Scheduled an appt with Tiffany to have a tire replaced and two recalls completed. When we arrived, the tire replacement was not added to our ticket. Went in for first oil change on car and it took 2 1/2 hours. Appointment was at 11 and didn’t leave till 1:30. Don’t understand how a simple oil change and rotating tires take so long.
