In dealing with more than one dealership, a different dealership was condescending. In dealing with Mark Quintanilla, I felt like he tried to get me the best vehicle in my budget. He was "right on" with my payment, and he delivered a car that delivered my needs and more. Thank you for your personal attention to our needs, meeting budget, 0% financing at 60 months, and a payment that was in my budget. Mark also followed up with an email to determine our concerns since we bought the car. I had a question (that I could have probably found in the car's manual) that I asked Mark. He emailed me the same day within a timely manner, and he explained the answer to my question. Thank you to Mark for his commitment to our needs and to Hyundai for their financing terms and warranties. We are extremely happy with terms, the awesome car, and the amazing service! More
