My service appointment was for a recall repair. I had a separate question about a tire pressure indicator light but wasn't given a chance to bring it up. The waiting area had plenty of comfortable chairs and was clean but NOISY: two TVs within 10 feet of each other playing different programs, plus loud music from the sales showroom, plus the door to the service garage closing with a loud bang frequently and randomly.I appreciated that the ladies' room was very clean. At the end of my appointment, I received much more attention (to discuss $3,200 worth of recommended repairs). More

I had an appointment for anti-theft software upgrade. I was told it might take awhile and to drop the car off. This was not an option for me, so I told them I would wait. I had a nice view of the garage and mechanics as I waited. I was impressed at how clean the garage was. I was prepared for an extended wait, but it was done in about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised. The only issue I have now is my car’s white paint is pealing off in chunks. The nice young man who checked me in & out said there was an extended warranty on the paint issue. He didn’t know of anyone within a 100 miles that would deal with it. I want to get this resolved, but I don’t know where to start. More
