One of the main reasons I buy Hyundais is the service department. I am on my 3rd Hyundai vehicle, and have been using the Columbus, Georgia, service department for over 10 years. Every time I take one of my children's vehicles to Hyundai, I receive nothing, but the best service and the service reps take a lot of time with me and answer all of my questions this time it was Just Hyundai, I receive nothing, but the best service and the service reps take a lot of time with me and answer all of my questions this time it was Justin (JT) when I am dealing with car repairs and being a woman, I always think about what the OLD saying is that THEY will take advantage of a woman because we do not know. We'll let me tell you each time I am there they take the time to answer all of my questions and in my opinion gives me the best advice especially when it comes to saving money and services needed. They get me in as soon as possible and cares about my concerns which is my children and making sure that their vehicles do not put them down or cause them any issues while driving because we are not mechanics or car experts, they are so I depend on their honesty and the quality of work they are performing. Great service professionals they really take good care of your vehicle and you also.
