Filling out the paperwork and getting the car back in for service took only a few minutes and then the driver was ready to take me to work. The work was completed by lunch time and I was promptly picked up and delivered back to the service department where my car was waiting, all better and washed and cleaned too! It is a pleasure doing business with Jim Hudson Hyundai. I highly recommend it. More

My vehicle would not start after I got home and tried to restart it; due to the battery being loose; that's one thing the mechanic neglected checking before releasing it back to me but over all very good service. Took less than one minute Scott was able to diagnose my "automatic" light problem in less than one minute. After having an issue with the auto lights not turning off automatica Scott was able to diagnose my "automatic" light problem in less than one minute. After having an issue with the auto lights not turning off automatically and running down my battery on two occasions, it was something simple. It usually is a simple issue, but with the myriad of electronics in today's cars it is quite difficult to find the ONE issue that fixes the problem. I'm just thrilled to have my lights working properly. While at Jim Hudson they had a few recalls which they also fixed. The waiting room is nice with snacks in case you need a bite to eat. Also, some pretty good coffee to boot!! Thanks to Scott for checking the obvious and making me a happy Hyundai Genesis owner again. More
