Arrived at 13:41 pm Dec 06 2021. Departed 16:53 pm Dec 06 2021. Two other customers had appointments at 2:00 pm. One customer was at Service Center when we arrived. Another arrived shortly after we arrived. 2021. Two other customers had appointments at 2:00 pm. One customer was at Service Center when we arrived. Another arrived shortly after we arrived. We questioned timeframe about 15:30. Was told we were next to be serviced. Questioned again about 16:10, along with one other customer with 2:00 pm appointment time. She was also told she was next in line. As we were waiting in service lobby area, both cars were driven to the service area. The first customer was still in the waiting area. We were notified at about 4:50 that our vehicle was ready. The first customer was told at the same time that her vehicle was ready. The third customer was also told her vehicle was ready. When we left, both customers were still waiting for the keys and paperwork for their vehicles. We will NOT return to this dealership for service for our Hyundai Santa Fe. Service personnel was very professional and polite. Three customers scheduled for service at same time is not acceptable. Had we not questioned the timeframe for the completion of our service, how much more time would we have had to wait? More
They listened to my issue and responded quickly. Took way too long for an oil change, tire rotation and software updates. Two plus hours. In looking at your roster I see a familiar name "Brian Luberto". Communication with/by the service department is not good. They do not answer the phone, and letting me know the status of my vehicle was non-existent. Mitch in new sales, however, was awesome. Jack is the one that helped me with my service, and I couldn't be more pleased. I needed an oil change and to have someone listen to my car when it started. Jack took the time to explain that what I was hearing was quite normal, but he would listen to it anyway and give me peace of mind. As long as I get to work with Jack during future visits, I will be back. More
This was our first visit to Auto Nation to bring our 2021 Sante Fe for it's first service. We just moved from Arizona where we had a dealership and service department we absolutely loved. We weren't sure what to expect in SC but we were very pleased. We had opted to pay for a service (oil changes are free for 3 years) that we really didn't need yet but decided to get it anyway. The service person decided that we didn't need it and the charge was removed from our bill. Now I'm impressed. The waiting room is comfortable with a selection of beverages, tv, WIFI service and nice, clean bathrooms. We LOVE our Sante Fe and I think we'll love Auto Nation Hyundai More

The service department needs to consider a reworking of their whole system. Problem after problem is not fixed. The gentlemen on the phone for the service center know nothing about cars. They also do not e their whole system. Problem after problem is not fixed. The gentlemen on the phone for the service center know nothing about cars. They also do not enter in customer concerns into the computer. Issues are not fixed by the mechanics, because of their failure to put it in the write up. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
