My experience from start to finish was excellent. Allen was incredibly thoughtful and went over every single detail of the car I was interested in before we even took it for a test drive. He asked me a lot of questions that I know were aimed at determining if I was interested in the right car for my needs and I appreciate that. There was absolutely 0 pressure while I was test driving and poking around in the car. I feel like the negotiation phase was relatively painless and I received a fair deal for my trade in and a good price for the car. Everyone was friendly and the manager even came in to shake my hand when we finished the negotiation. I am glad I did some research on financing ahead of time though because the initial rates I was quoted when I went back to sign the paperwork were almost twice what I had already been approved for. However, they reviewed the information and matched the rates. I haven't had the car serviced yet, however the whole reason I went there in the first place was the great experience I had when I took my partners car in for repairs. Overall an outstanding staff from sales to finance to maintenance. They have already called twice just to follow up on how the car and I are doing. I would recommend everyone go here to buy their next car. More

The salesperson, Eddie Hinson, was very attentive to all of our needs and listend to all that we had requested. We initially thought we had the car we requested, but it was sold before we got here,(we were of our needs and listend to all that we had requested. Mark volunteered to do the delivery process (about three hours of orientation)for Henry. Even though he was not getting paid to do this, Mark was very patient and extremely knowledgable. I have bought many automobiles in my lifetime and have never dealt with anyone more kind, patient knowledgable and courteous than Mark Allison. He is a real asset to Jim Hudson Hyundai. in addition, Rob Dunn (General Manager) came out of a meeting to thank me for my purchase and handed me his card. He told me to call him day or night if I had any problem that wasn't resolved.I would drive 120 miles again to buy from Jim Hudson Hyundai as they are truly outstanding ion the automobile business! I originally went to Jim Hudson seeking to drive the 2011 Elantra, as I could never locate one to test drive. I was greeted by John Cook who explained that he did not have an Elantra on the lot but would be Elantra, as I could never locate one to test drive. I was greeted by John Cook who explained that he did not have an Elantra on the lot but would be getting some in that week and he would call/email me to come in for a drive. He even offered to bring the car to my office so that I could test drive it. He was true to his word and he telephoned me (twice) and sent an email to let me know the cars were in. I went by the dealership that afternoon for my first test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car, even though I stumped him with my question about the locking trunk! I went back the next day with my family and we decided on the car we wanted. Mr. Cook located the car and had it on the lot the following Wednesday. We picked up the car the next day. Our experience was great and I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone. More
I worked with Henry Adams to buy a Hynundai Elantra Touring. Unfortunately, I did not buy my car from Henry because he did not have the exact model in stock, and I could not wait. Since I purchased my Sante Fe in 2008 only technicians at Jim Hudson Hyundai have worked on it. Every time the maintenance is due I am always greeted by the friendly staff. They take care of me as well as my Sante Fe and are there to explain or answer any questions I might have. My car always is returned to me in a short period of time and always washed. It is a great feeling to get back in the car and know everything has been checked, changed if necessary and cleaned. Went to purchase new car, had lots of options and was undecided on type, model, dealer. Met with Michael Childress and was immediately impressed! He was genuine, professional and totally did not push u undecided on type, model, dealer. Met with Michael Childress and was immediately impressed! He was genuine, professional and totally did not push us to commit or decide immediately. His demeanor was calm and non-threatening. So unlike others we have dealt with. I fell in love with the car but felt obligated to continue to look around for the best car for my needs. He was supportive and called a few days later to say, "you've tried the rest, now come buy the best!". He was very knowledgeable about Hyundai and the Sonata. Knew it inside and out, that was impressive. When I decided I wanted a black on black Limited edition, he found me one! The business manager, (Amy) was great also. She explained why (when we thought we should've had *perfect* credit, why we didn't.) Because our file was too "thin". We have made many purchases over the years, but tend to pay them off early and then close the account. She helped us to understand why that isn't always the best option. She was extremely friendly and helpful, had the papers ready, waiting for me, when arrived to pick up the vehicle. My only critic would be that as we left it, she was going to try to get us a better interest rate and call us to let us know and she didn't follow up on that. When the car didn't arrive on time, I was disappointed. Michael was off that day and so I was shuffled around from person to person to try to get an answer about when I could pick up my car. What I didn't know was that Michael had come in on his day off to try to facilitate the delivery of the vehicle and had been trying to reach me on my husband's cell phone, which was in the shop! In my opinion, That was WAY above and beyond. We enjoyed the experience greatly, almost entirely because of our dealings with Michael Childress! Would definitely use this dealer again, but only because of him. GREAT JOB, MICHAEL!! More
