As a 75 year old woman, I've had lots of BAD experiences with car salespeople over the last 50 years, so I wasn't looking forward to having to purchase a new car when, during a violent windstorm, my Nissan with car salespeople over the last 50 years, so I wasn't looking forward to having to purchase a new car when, during a violent windstorm, my Nissan Maxima was crushed by a falling tree. So, because I use the computer almost exclusively for making business and personal purchases, I spent four days researching all the 2011 cars that met my personal and financial needs BEFORE contacting a specific dealer. On the last day of my search, I came upon the Jim Hudson website and noted that they had an Internet Manager, Henry Adams, from whom I could get an immediate quote for the Sonata Limited upon which I had decided. THAT METHOD OF CAR BUYING is the ONLY method I will ever use if I EVER have to buy another car! Henry was kind, genuinely friendly and low-key in his presentation to me...quite personable and knowledgeable and quickly gave me a price that seemed reasonable. After all, unlike many folks, I realize that everyone involved in the car-selling business HAS to make money...my feeling was that the ultimate price upon which we decided was "fair" to all parties involved and, was the lowest price I obtained in subsequent searches to verify that Henry HAD dealt fairly and honestly with me. Without recommendation, I would highly recommend Henry Adams and the Jim Hudson staff (including Rob, Ronnie and Amy)to anyone investigating the purchase of a new car because, as Henry said to me, "We just want you to be completely happy with your purchase." Excellent customer service. Very professional. I bought my car and did not trade in my truck so I was at the dealer with two vehicles....Jared Miller offered to help me out by following me home and then ha my car and did not trade in my truck so I was at the dealer with two vehicles....Jared Miller offered to help me out by following me home and then have me bring him back!! A very nice offer to help out!! He was busy with another patron when I arrived and the sales manager Jake offered to do the same thing!! Great customer service like I said. Jared was also very polite to ask if I needed a water as we toured the cars outside and then as we went over the paperwork. On my first visit I dealt with Michael and he was very informative about our vehicle (Santa Fe) and was willing to find a vehicle within our budget. He was not pushy and did not try to force anything on us. He answered all of our questions and made us realize the Santa Fe was the right vehicle for us. I dealt with Michael continuously over the next couple weeks until I was able to return to the dealership to buy. He sent us an email and called just to see if we had any questions. Once I was ready to buy I contacted Michael and made any appointment with him the following day. Unfortunately, Michael had a family emergency but took the time to contact Henry and inform him that I was coming in. Henry was available immediately when I arrived at the dealership and we quickly closed the deal. The color we wanted was not in stock but within five minutes he found one that was an exact match to our wish list. After completing the contract all employees at the dealership personally congratulated us on our purchase. Since the vehicle wasn't in stock, Henry gave me another Santa Fe to drive until my vehicle arrived. When I went to the dealership to pick up my vehicle the next day Michael was at the door to greet me. Within ten minutes I signed the final paperwork and Michael was courteous enough to establish my online account for service appointments. After giving me the keys to the vehicle Michael showed me the various features of the vehicle and said to contact him if I ever have any questions. GREAT DEALERSHIP and GREAT EMPLOYEES!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! More
