The car we traded in was a used car we purchased from Jim Hudson Lexus and we were so happy with all areas of service. We knew without a doubt we wanted to buy from a Jim Hudson dealership, we just had to decide which one and what kind of car I wanted. Jared had us sold in no time on the Sonata. It's beeen a long time since I purchased a car from Jim Hudson, and not really sure why, but the customer service we (my daughter and myself)received at Jiim Hudson Hyundai on 5/25/11 was the best of any d Hudson, and not really sure why, but the customer service we (my daughter and myself)received at Jiim Hudson Hyundai on 5/25/11 was the best of any dealership I've dealt with. Right away upon entering the lot, we were greeted by Lesley Alston who was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and questioned us about what type vehicle, what price range we needed, etc., and when we finally decided on an Elantra for my daughter, Lesley went through all the safety features (which I was not aware of) made sure we knew where everything on the motor was that needed to be checked periodically, went through the entire vehicle with us and when we decided to talk numbers, I was really surprised that they worked with us to get the pricing and the value of her car we were trading in to where we needed it to be. Mr. Alston was very friendly, very respectful(and quite entertaining). We appreciated him negotiating with us, as my husband had died 3 months prior, and we really needed to stay within out budget with this car. I feel my daughter is now in a safer car, a more comfortable car, and I will worry a little less about her safety when traveling. I will report to Mr. Jim Hudson's mother-in-law (with whom I worked for many years) that the dealership is running at top customer service and I will definitely be returning when I need a car for myself. I had browsed online before coming to Jim Hudson's and had a vehicle in mind before arriving. I was greeted by Jared on arrival, I told him what vehicle I was inerested in. He showed me that vehicle but within about 20 minutes he told me he had another vehicle in mind, that he thought would fit me better. He showed me a 4runner that was very clean and ultimitly I liked even better. He had 2 appointments show up during the time I was there and he managed to get them help from other salesmen; and continued helping me. It was pretty hot that day and he made sure I had water and was comfortable and was the true definition of customer service. In the future whenever I may need to get a vehicle Jared will be the first guy I call! More

John Cook went out of his way to try and locate a Red one for me with the options I was looking for. I finally decided on one they had in their inventory. John was very patient with me while I arrived at that decision. Hey..Color IS important, right?! :) John made the experience a pleasant one and didn't come across as what I expect the "typical" car salesman to be like. He was genuine, humorous and friendly and even made sure my hungry husband got a bite to eat while we were waiting. Thank you, John and the Jim Hudson staff, involved in our purchase. This is the 4th car that my family has bought from Jim Hudson Automotive. The first car was basically a "lemon" and the dealership did eveything they could do to fix the problem. It was because of the way they handled the problem that my family has bought 3 more cars from Jim Hudson Automotive and we will NOT consider any other dealers. Our daughter will be getting a new car in about 2 years. We will again go to Jim Hudson Automotive because they are trustworthy, honest and truly care about good relationships with their customers. Why do we feel this way? Because true character is shown when things go wrong --- the first car was a problem, and they handle it in a manner that was respectful to our family and professional as a dealership. More
