I shopped around a few different dealerships before and after going to Jim Hudson Hyundai and was very pleased with the friendliness of all the people that worked there. There was never any pressure put on after going to Jim Hudson Hyundai and was very pleased with the friendliness of all the people that worked there. There was never any pressure put on me to buy a car from them which I appreciated because everywhere else they were begging me to run my credit and see what they could get me. Fred my salesman was so nice and did all he could to make me feel comfortable since this was the first time I was buying a car without the help of my parents. Jake the sales manager and Fred really helped us out and worked with us on the price and finding what I wanted. I have already started to make sure to tell everyone to go see Fred when they buy a new car. Even when I was outside waiting on the paperwork to go thru all the other salesman would so hey and make sure I didn't need anything. Overall is was the best car buying experience I could have had with buying my first car and will return to see Fred when I am ready for my second car! More
I love my new 2012 blue indigo elantra. John Cook, my salesman, as well as Michael Childress treated myself and my parents like part of the Jim Hudson family. My sonata was having trouble starting. It was still under manufacturer's warranty. I called expecting to get the run around but that was not the case. From the beginning everyone I spoke with was helpful, my car was reparied by the end of the day I scheduled my appointment, they filed all of the warranty paperwork, and all I had to do was pick up my car. I went into this dealership a couple days ago and was greeted by a friendly salesman Mr John Cook. I did not believe I could afford a new car so he showed me some used vehicles and yet treated me as wel greeted by a friendly salesman Mr John Cook. I did not believe I could afford a new car so he showed me some used vehicles and yet treated me as well as if I had been looking at the new ones. They worked hard for me but things weren't quite where I wanted them. Then we looked at the possibility of leasing a new car and everything fell into place. I ended up spending less on this new 2011 Hyundai Elantra than a used Hyundai Accent I had been looking at. Throughout the whole process, I did not feel pressured or taken advantage of because I was a woman. They gave me some for my trade in a 1986 oldmobiles and did not speak derisively of how old my trade in which I have seen done elsewhere. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Jim Hudson's Hyundai. My only regret is I cannot remember the names of all the people that I worked with while I was there. Both Salesmen along with their Business Manager and the Numbers guy were all courteous, helpful and friendly. Thanks for a wonderful experience! More

I had been looking for a new vehicle for a little over 3 weeks and had my share of "experiences". I had the pleasure in speaking with Jason Seaberg on an inquiry call about the lot's current inventory. Decided to take a drive after seeing time and time again this Hyundai lot coming in lower than local lots for a similar car. Jason took the time to hear what my desired wants were and navigated me through options to fit my budget. He was way more down to earth and personable and not your cookie cutter sales guy that you could pluck out of a bad tv show. Jason worked with me more like a acquaintance than just a "customer". In my time at the dealership you could tell that all the personell took customer service very seriously and gave the impression they enjoyed their job and had an upbeat spirit. I would highly recommend that if you live in or beyond the Columbia Metro to consider this dealership for your next purchase. More
Having purchased 19 new cars in my life this was my best new car experience ever. I completed the deal with John over the phone as I live 70 miles from the dealership. I tried to purchase the 2011 Sonata locally but did not receive the price or service I was looking for. I also own a 2009 Elantra which I am planning to trade for a new one this fall. I will drive the extra 70 miles to do business with John and Jim Hudson Hyundai. Good car, great people, awesome dealership. Will recommend the car and dealer to all.
