I began looking for a new car using the dealer websites. Jim Hudson Hyundai responded promptly via email (as I requested) and told me two new Velosters had just arrived. Not only did Jason respond with information about the vehicle, he shot a quick video showing me the features of the car, and uploaded it to Youtube for me to see. When I came in the following day for a test drive, he was very helpful and informative. After the test drive, I told him we were planning on shopping around and test driving some competitor vehicles as well. No pressure to buy or even stay, just a "call me when you're done and let me know how the Veloster compares." We came back the same evening, convinced that the Veloster was the right car for us if we could get it at the right price. Jason was willing to work with us on the price, finding rebates and markdowns to get the car into our range. All throughout, there was no pressure or pitch, just low-key discussions and a little haggling. This was my first buying experience, and I don't think it could have been more enjoyable. More

I fell in love with the car.Never once did I feel intimidated to purchase the car or hurry up to make a decision.Negotiation was even easier, something I would have NEVER looked forward to usually.Every step of the process was very relaxing and I did not feel uncomfortable.The payments were very much within my range.
