Worse than a buy here pay here lot! So, we buy my 17 year old daughter her first car from Jim Hudson, huge mistake. When buying the car we know the door locks do not work, so we sign a paper saying we will buy the car on the stipulation that they fix the locks. Eleven days later I receive a text saying the car is ready. When we get there the locks still do not work. At that point we don't want the car anymore, but just like the crooked liars they are they say we have to take the car even though they made an agreement to fix them. So, again we leave the car and almost a week later we are told once again the car is ready. We go pick the car up. I check the locks on the driver side. They work, we leave. Driving home we hear a horrible whining noise. When we get to the house my daughter tries the lock on the passenger side, it DOESN'T work! As far as the whining noise, we check the power steering fluid. It's EMPTY! We try calling several people at the dealership. They don't answer and won't return calls. I'm reporting to the better business bureau today and Monday I will reach out to a lawyer about my options. More

I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called and actually got to the Service Department about thirty minutes earlier than my appointment time. I was welcomed warmly by Ansleigh Bostick and the rest of the Service Staff. They were able to get to my car right away and it was completed in a very short time. We love our 2015 Sonata which we bought at Jim Hudson Hyundai in April 2015. The wait was very pleasant, comfortable, and I appreciated the snack. Look forward to the next service time! Amazing! I have gotten both of my cars at Jim Hudson and both of them were wonderful cars. Above and beyond Service Due to the Open Campaign (which I knew nothing about), when I picked up my car it had 4 brand new tires on it!.
