I actually LOVE this dealership because of the personnel that are employed in the Service Dept. They are always very professional, attenuative and personally care about your concerns about your car. Additi that are employed in the Service Dept. They are always very professional, attenuative and personally care about your concerns about your car. Additionally, if a problem is diagnose wrong, they would gladly diagnose Honda again to get it corrected. I returned this time for a problem with my battery. Thank you Mobile Honda More
Service advisor Elizabeth Ann Mart took care of my service appointment. She was very professional and pleasant and in my opinion was certainly a credit to Auto Nation Honda. Other than a very long wait, service was very good. I had an appointment, and the expected wait time was just about two hours, if nothing serious emerged. It didn't,, but the wait was over three and a h had an appointment, and the expected wait time was just about two hours, if nothing serious emerged. It didn't,, but the wait was over three and a half hours. I was reassured that everything was ok and that the service was done at no charge. Perhaps a 4.5 would be fairer than a 4. More
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and a key fob battery issue. Service writer pushed a brake fluid flush, AC filter change and wheel alignment. I told her all I needed was what I had requested. Abo battery issue. Service writer pushed a brake fluid flush, AC filter change and wheel alignment. I told her all I needed was what I had requested. About 30 minutes later the tech completed the work. I specifically asked if the key fob issue was taken care of. She said they had changed the battery. When I got home I had the same issue with the fob. When I called I was told batteries in both fobs had to be changed for them to synch and work properly and they had to be Honda batteries. I returned with both fobs to get another battery for the second fob. I drove home and did exactly as I was told to synch the fobs. I still had the same issue. I decided to check the first fob that, I was told, the service department had changed. They had not, it was the battery I had installed days earlier. I called the service manager and explained everything. She asked me if I could come in the next day to correct things. After the parts manager took the first fob apart he confirmed it was not a battery they carried. The manager tried to get him to agree that it could be one they had purchased from Auto-Zone and he said it could not be. He then replaced it with a Honda battery. At last the issue with the fobs was resolved but the sense I got from the service manager was that she was still defending the lie I had been told about the battery being changed in the first place. It took 3 trips over 2 days to get a simple issue resolved. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience with this dealership’s service department. More
