In the first place you really need to refund to my card the $ 2.99 you charge me extra ,because that was dishonest.You didn’t perform the service and then you charge me for it. You told me that you refund it to my credit card the $2.99 but you lied to me ,you didn’t. That’s very sad for a company with your reputation.I can call my credit card and dispute it as fraudulent charge but I wanted to give you the opportunity to do the right thing.Thanks
