Was told an inspection would only be "an hour at most", was not told where to wait or who to leave my keys with. Then I waited in the waiting room for close to four hours (0740-1030) before getting a call was not told where to wait or who to leave my keys with. Then I waited in the waiting room for close to four hours (0740-1030) before getting a call that my car was finished. I said I was in the lobby and would like to speak face to face, and then was told to wait for my car to finish the "last pieces of being finalized". I said okay and went back to the lobby and the receptionist said she would come get me when it was ready. Another thirty minutes passes and I get a text from the same woman, who did not even bother to try and look out into the waiting room. Horrible experience with inconsiderate staff, no value for other people's time. More

A little disappointed because I thought this dealer supposed to be very professional and trustworthy. But I found out they sneaked in my oil change bill a charge that was not done on my car. While it was just $2.99 ,it’s dishonest and I was promised it will be refunded. But 9 days later and it was not done.It might be just a small amount but it’s dishonest and I lost my trust in your services.Plus the oil change had to be redone because was leaking pretty bad. More
