I Made an appointment with the service dept and arrived on time. Paul, the service adviser, took my key fob, I had to ask his name as he hadn't said. He told me there was a diagnostic fee of $74 which became $174 when I picked up the car. 6 hours after I left my car I tried to call for a progress check, Paul had not given me a card so I tried to call the number I had gotten the service text from. The phone just rang for 2 minutes so I then tried the main number which was answered by India who said she would check if I held on. I held for so long it rang back to the operator who told me I needed to understand that the service dept was very busy, really not an excuse for leaving me hanging. Finally, Paul came on and told me they would get back to me within the hour, 2 hours later they called to tell me that to fix the driver's side heated seat would be $541 plus tax. So I left my car there all day to be charged $174 to tell me that ridiculous price. If they had told me even an estimate anywhere that high I would've saved us all a lot of time and said No Thanks. I knew better than to ever go to a dealership for service, but because I couldn't find a provider who did this work I went anyway. I will advise everyone I talk with to never go there unless you have a warranty. It cost me $174 for them to do nothing. They didn't have to diagnose the problem, I told them what it was, but instead of telling me how much it would be, I guess they thought if they kept my car all day I would pay them almost $600. More
I recently brought my Honda Accord in for service and was completely satisfied. My service manager was Paul Landry. He was excellent. I am completely satisfied with Paul. He was beyond helpful and gives me a reason to return to this dealership for additional needed repairs in the future. This man deserves recognition from management and a raise. You want to keep good people around. More

Car left on tues. Didnt hear until fri. Bc I called them. Told me part was on order and should be there by tues. On tues, I call and it is on backorder and have no id Didnt hear until fri. I picked up car on Thursday unfixed . Still waiting for part. I was told to only drive car locally. More
