Today, Friday March DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. If I could give a zero rating for the Auto Nation Honda Bel Air Mall dealership, I would. Today, Friday March 5, 2021 at approximately 10:00 am, my husband put a $500 deposit down on a 2021 Honda CR-V EX- L AWD vehicle. We were told to arrive at the dealership tomorrow, 3/6/21 at 9:00 am to pick up the vehicle and finalize the paperwork. Much to our surprise, my husband was contacted this afternoon and told that the car, which we had secured with a $500 deposit, had been sold. When speaking to the sales manager my husband was told "the best that they could do was knock $383 off of a 2020 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD". Pretty much, take it or leave it. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism of the sales staff at this dealership. I just called to speak with a manager and was argued with about the $500 deposit and hung up on. This company does not care about the customer. In the trying times we are living in, conducting business remotely is a necessity. If you are trusting the staff at this dealership to be competent enough to secure a vehicle for you and conduct business remotely and safely during this pandemic, you will be sadly disappointed. More

Auto nation Honda Bel Air Mall service department is awful! I took my 2019 CRV in for routine pre paid maintenance. Was told my 1yr old car tires are no longer any good, but I can purchase a new set. When I said there should be no way the tires are bad and I'm not going to buy news, they then refused to do my alignment! After I went to another tire shop, they inspected my tires and said all I needed was the alignment and no need to purchase new tires at this time! This has really upset me. They are such liars and scammers! I hate being lied too. I'm scared to keep going for my pre paid services! The service manager backed his mechanic and lied further. They need to change the entire department! More

He did not show the paper work too when the sales guy asked the paper. OVIS SIDDIQUI do not know how to treat customer. When I was trying to remove the protection plan for my car he told me he cannot do it. But, we can remove the plan within 30 days. They all cheaters. The manager should have helped in this condition but, he do not care the fact. So, do not go this place buy the car. THEY ALL CHEATERS ESP FINANCIAL MANAGER. I do not know why the honda have keep this guy as a financial manager. They are messing up their customer. More

sloppy multipoint inspection of used 2003 Honda crv ex Dec 18th 2018 brought a recently purchased, used CRV in for a multipoint inspection (invoice 531459) and diagnosis of why all 5 doors are not opening Dec 18th 2018 brought a recently purchased, used CRV in for a multipoint inspection (invoice 531459) and diagnosis of why all 5 doors are not opening and locking properly. Picked up car in the afternoon, no one reviewed what was wrong with the vehicle with me. Overcharged for the diagnostic fee that was quoted. Had to ask a few rushed questions. Upon getting home, find that estimate is sloppy and hard to read. No clear breakdown for parts and then labor, no totals. Also gave me estimates for pep boys and aftermarket parts. I specifically asked for an estimate with oem Honda parts. If I would have wanted after market I would not have spent the time to drive to the dealership. Prices seem ridiculous. I was told 4 door actuators would need to be replaced. This is my quote, Keep in mind that the Honda boards are filled with chronic honda door lock and ignition problems. This is what you will be expected to pay for cheap poorly designed plastic parts that will soon wear out on your Honda. Left Front door actuator $800.95 dollars. Left Rear $336 dollars, Right Rear $336 dollars, Rear Hatch 457.90. $1,930 not including tax. So figure over $2000 dollars to keep your door locked. not for an engine or transmission, repair! Simple plastic parts that allow your doors to be locked to keep your family safe. Revolting! disgusting! Going out of the way to abuse customers needing service. I can not recommend buying a Honda or service by this dealer. Ray More

That is why we went to a dealer because they inspect the car and go through everything before they sell it... or so they say. The salesperson was nice. We bought a used car for my daughter. We drove it off the lot and 2 months later, it needed brakes (even though their quality inspection said that they were fine). No problem - we fixed them. Then 1 month later it started running funny. Turns out it needed a new transmission. I reached out to them a few times and finally received an email back saying "I am sorry". Yes - I was sold a lemon. This is a lesson learned. I realize that you never know what you will get when you buy a used car, but we will never buy a car from Autonation Honda in Mobile again. I also do not recommend anyone else buying a car from them. More
