Went in on 11/15 to look at a used 19 Civic and ended up with the help of my rep showing me new options placing an order for a new Civic EX-L Hatchback. I was immediately leaning towards a hatchback and I really wanted the Sonic Gray as I immediately fell in love with the color as I saw one drive out of the service department, but sales rep stated there were none available so I went with white (No biggie). They came out with the spec sheet and ran some numbers... After conversing for quite a while and taking a small break a gentleman comes back and states that the price we were looking at was actually for the wrong model and actually wrong car. The first sheet was for the standard civic and not a hatchback which was almost 2k$ above our discussed price. Mistakes happen (not sure if they ran my credit on the first one.. I will have to see when my credit report updates, but it did make the experience a little uneasy for me) We added on a HPD package and I asked if there was any way to throw that into the price since I was quoted a cheaper price at first and it was told it was nonnegotiable. I was told that the car gets to the dealership fairly quickly after an order is placed, unfortunately the car has still yet to arrive at the time of this review 11/27, but considering the holidays I find that to be understandable. They did grant me a loaner vehicle until I receive my vehicle which is a major plus and I am very thankful for! My main issue that I have is that after making my purchase and getting home. I did a bit of research that the trim of my vehicle didn't even HAVE the option of Sonic Gray and it was for a higher model "Sport Touring" which has quite a few accessories that I would have been interested in if I had knowledge of the fact. I'm a huge music fanatic and the Bose Sound System alone would have probably sold me on it if I was aware that was even an option as well as fog-lights and a 9 inch display rather than the 7 inch. I looked around online at some other dealers that night and called for some Sport Touring prices the next day that actually weren't far off at all from what I paid for the EX-L. Even including an HPD Package and all weather floormats. I did reach out to my autonation rep and try to discuss my concern in which I felt I was immediately put off to another associate. I asked about switching and he stated the reason that it wasn't brought up was due to none being able to be ordered due to lack of inventory and no other dealers were able to get them in. (I did feel a bit "Got" as a first time buyer. But I understand how crazy the market is. I did feel quite dissapointed) I did ask if it was possible to throw in the weather package and he stated he would talk to management about including it and if not able to do that then providing them at store cost. He said he would get back to me in a couple of days.... I never heard back. Within this timeframe I've received two "thank you for servicing your vehicle" emails and phone call, which was confusing as the vehicle hasn't even been delivered yet. I reached out a few days ago to my rep to see if there was a definite time frame allotted and ask about the all-weather floormats since the only communication I have had is when I personally called. She was able to give me a timeframe of the 27-4'th about my vehicle but stated she was not sure about the floormats and said she would ask management and call me back. Have yet to heard back from her as of 11/27. I will say that my personal rep was very kind during our first interaction, but I feel there were other options that should have been brought up and there was a lack of experience. However, those things come with time, but I wish there was a follow up to try to keep a client informed and assured about their purchase after they share their concerns. I feel like maybe that the positive experience left with my signature. I am a bit disappointed and question if I made the right choice because of my own lack of vehicle knowledge and needing a car immediately. It seemed as if after the sale was made then it's good luck from there. But I cannot gauge everything completely because I have still yet to pick up my car as I'm sure the holidays delayed the delivery possibly. Financial department associate was super kind and the experience was positive. I did feel comfortable and she made sure to offer all options and packages offered by Autonation and Honda. More

Was quoted one price but charged almost $100 more!! Had coupon from email that wasn't applied. Always a problem when I go there.
