The very best part of this dealership was the general manager. The salesman I had told me over and over that I had to give her a ten when surveyed - it got annoying after a while. I have complained to the service department several times that the CRV is very loud when driving on an interstate. I am not exactly in love with the CRV because I do travel for about an hour once a week to another city on an interstate and the radio has to be turned up it’s very loud. When I first got the car it had 4 miles on it and I immediately took it back to the dealership and they did fix it in the service department because it was severely pulling to the right and they needed to align it immediately with 4 miles on the car ? That’s cuckoo. I give service there do they did fix it. The next thing that happened about the car is I took it back for loud road noise when driving on the interstate- and they had to spray the glass in the windows with a propellant to seal the car. The next thing that happened was the hatchback door and back light were not seeded correctly when assembled and air was pulling through the car. I did not hear this air and noise in the used crv the salesman had me test.drive. I will never buy a car again that is being shipped in. I never got to test drive the car before signing the papers because it came in to the dealership about a week after signing papers. I don’t think the assembly in Mexico is optimal. Too many things were not right with this car. I really wish I could trade it in for a quiet car it’s very aggravating to drive on the highway and hear loud road noise. I do not recommend based on my experience this car. It’s a highbred car and I was told that I’d get great gas mileage. I am not getting above 29.3 miles a gallon. Other folks that have the same car are getting gas mileage in the 30s and maybe 40s. not in love wjth this car More
