Was told an inspection would only be "an hour at most", was not told where to wait or who to leave my keys with. I said I was in the lobby and would like to speak face to face, and then was told to wait for my car to finish the "last pieces of being finalized". I said okay and went back to the lobby and the receptionist said she would come get me when it was ready. Another thirty minutes passes and I get a text from the same woman, who did not even bother to try and look out into the waiting room. Horrible experience with inconsiderate staff, no value for other people's time. More
