Undervalue trades, and the finance team is rude. The sales team is AMAZING. I was told anytime I get a service your car gets detailed, but that has never been the case. I mentioned I had a birthday coupon but It was applied (not a big deal at all) The only thing that was frustrating, was I shared that my trunk was making some noises when opening. I have the HPD spoiler on my car which was installed at the dealer. Since installation the remote trunk release only works about 50% of the time, and now it sounds like a clunking noise when the trunk is raising or lowering. I shared that, and was told, "We don't have time to look at that". I wasn't given the option to schedule a date or time I travel for work and many weeks I don't have my car available to simply leave at the dealership, and the last time I was in, I was told there were no loaner vehicles.
