February 6, 2026 Seriously just received a phone call from Nelson Bryant, actively attempting to antagonize me over the phone, he reached out just to make the situation worse! Literally stating “that’s not what we are going to do” referring to my problem. Attitude was terrible and i told him i felt his energy from the very beginning! He says no im just very blunt, which i highly doubt in the car salesman business ( just my opinion) i really hope Autonation record phone calls so they can see how their GM talks to customers! Phone called received February 6, 2026 @ 10:50am central for 11 mins! And he was xxxxxx because i left a review, which i told him i was going to do! I asked him several times who do i talk to above you, he never gave me answer only stating “ you know who to talk to “ repeatedly!! January 29, 2026 Bought a truck less than 6 months ago for dependability from Ron McCoverry & Autonation Honda, and has had issues ever since! Most recently i was driving and the truck basically missed gear & a loud clunk sounded & soon after check engine light came on as expected! As expected it was a transmission issue, fortunately it was under warranty and was fixed, 6 months and already transmission issues? This is going to be terrible, the same visit, i was told that i needed 2 batteries and the cost was $800! I called Autonation immediately and expressed my concerns, i bought this truck for dependability and the first time I’m out of town 6 hrs away from home, i have issues!! they told me to come in and i would atleast be reimbursed for the batteries & now January 26, 2026 Jim Dineen & Nelson Bryant are now backtracking & even offered me less! 80k for a truck & you rather lose a customer over $800? That’s bad for business! Nelson then hands over paperwork to Alex Iskander and tells him he is leaving for the rest of the day as i watch him do everything in his power to try avoid me ! Showing me some pencil whipped inspection sheet! Not even the decency to tell me himself, i literally spoke with 4 different people & and GM himself passed me down like a pawn! More

I drove from Shalimar Fl (103 miles) to see this specific truck. A 2026 Honda Ridgeline, Black Edition in white. They had it, I wanted it. They gave me a lot for my 2020 Honda Rtl-E. They/Danielle let me negotiate the trade amount without a hassle! Bravo! Ambree let me negotiate my extended warranty package, 8 yr/120k miles. I got the truck i wanted at a fair price!
