I have purchased two Honda Accords from AutoNation/West Honda... Both have been excellent vehicles. The service department is excellent, as is Brad, my service advisor. He is very personable and gets right to potential issues to assure that i am driving a safe and reliable vehicle. In a recent service appointment there were a couple of snags or concerns. .Sometimes the best measure of an excellent service department is the effort made to resolve an issue.
