First visit. On time service. I had brakes changed. Seem ok. Very pleasant staff. But they could not give me the battery test numbers when I asked for them.The billing paperwork said it was attached. I am very dissatisfied with Auto Nation Honda's business practice of substituting non-OE parts and addtives during oil change as a routine unless the customer opts out. Our most recent service appointment on July 27 (invoice # 786543) reflects that this substitution was made again during oil change on our 2019 Honda CR-V in spite of my verbal request at the time of scheduling with Rebecca to have only Honda parts used. I saw my comments reflected on the service schedule notes at the time of check-in with Jordan so I was confident that this would be honored. We were recently informed about your non-OE oil filter substitution practice by a Honda mechanic in the community.
