I purchased 2 cars here and it’s been downhill more and more every time I go. If you don’t get Ed Pernick (the gem of this place) as your sales guy just leave. The last 2 I had knew as much as me about the vehicle after watching a YouTube video at home. They low ball you on your trade. The other 2 Hondas in town offered 1000 and 1500 more. Even after I told them I would probably buy a pilot if they at least came close. The second car I bought here they low balled me too and I regretted it. They were not going to get me again. They also charge you 400 to 500 for “tint” on every new car which is a scam (the only dealer in town who does this) so add that into the “low prices” they can offer. I left and purchased my pilot at Airport Honda which blows this place out of the water. They gave me 1500 more for my trade and lowered the pilot way below MSRP and I didn’t have to pay for tint lol. This place is going down hill fast. More

I went to get my oil changed Willy Fonzo was very rude and unprofessional. It took them 2 hours to do an oil change which is crazy.
