We were traveling from Johnson City, TN to Shakopee, MN to move our daughter back home from college. In Knoxville, the check engine light started flashing. I had the van towed to AutoNation. Evelyn, on the phone, said I couldn’t get the van in until Monday. I tried to express how we are traveling through and would need an earlier appointment if possible. We worked with Jeremiah and he was fabulous! They worked the van in between other vehicles, which we were very thankful for. Sadly, they gave us a band aid fix as there was a more extensive problem that we needed to have fixed when we arrived home, as we could not stay in TN for 2 weeks as we had HS kids at home we needed to get home, to. Dealt with Tanner and Riad. Both were amazingly professional. The whole process took less than a full day. We showed up Monday evening and did a test drive. We arrived close to closing so we told them to send us the preliminary numbers in an email. We received the numbers that night. I talked the issues over and we came to agreement on Tuesday morning. After work Tuesday, we showed up. In a crazy surprise, the final numbers were 4 dollars a month less than initially quoted. Meaning they didn't try to play games or do a bait and switch or anything questionable with the financing and numbers. It was, quite literally, the easiest and best dealer experience I have had.
