I spoke with a sales person name Jason all the way there and all he had to say was he stepped out to demo a car and another sales man sold the vehicle.The vehicle was parked and another customer was doing the paperwork on it .It was a horrible experience and its obvious they didn't care.We couldn't even get a manager to address us until about 15 minutes later came to us to tell us that Jason was out with another customer e and he will be back soon. More

The salesperson Jeff was great, and we were ready to make a purchase, but after my brother made an initial offer on the car, the manager Adam literally laughed and told my brother to "go do research and educate himself" - in these exact words. I dont care if you just flat out reject our offer but what he said was completely rude and disrespectful. After that we didn't even want to stay around to check out the second car, or any car from there, ever. More
Post sale support? NOT. My experience at AutoNation of West Knoxville was pleasant. The sales force was nice and worked with me to get a sale price I was comfortable with. My experience at AutoNation of West Knoxville was pleasant. The sales force was nice and worked with me to get a sale price I was comfortable with. But, the post sale support was another issue. As with any dealer, of course, the sales force is very happy to accommodate the buyer. However, they had no problem texting and calling me to come back by to sign some additional paperwork that they forgot at the "closing." I went back to sign the papers even though it was inconvenient for me. But, when something as minor as a missing valve stem cap or wheel center was brought to their attention they go into defense mode. Their comment, "Oh I am sure the detailers would have noticed that when they cleaned the car. It would have stuck out like a sore thumb and they would let us know." I found their comment insulting. I had only driven the car 35 miles from the dealer to my garage. I noticed the missing items, when I cleaned and waxed the car, and brought it to their attention. Why would I fabricate a missing valve stem cap or wheel center? SO, is it my word against theirs? I have not received a return call or received the missing parts. I hope this very minor incident can be resolved, but if not, this is what these reviews and comments are about! Mike More

I was in the market for a new Pilot. I had dealt with West Side for many years. After leaving having made the purchase this time however, I felt like I had been used and abused. Unfortunately, it has t West Side for many years. After leaving having made the purchase this time however, I felt like I had been used and abused. Unfortunately, it has taken me 8 months to find out how used I was. I told them that I wanted a HondaCare warranty with the vehicle. When we went over the paperwork, I asked after the HondaCare warranty. At that time, I was told that HondaCare was not available for the one I was purchasing. The finance manager said, "This warranty works just like HondaCare." Let me tell you now that it does NOT. I have had the Pilot in for a few repairs now, and nothing has been covered. I feel like I got thrown into the biggest bait and switch that I have ever fallen for. After a couple of bad service experiences with my Prelude, I will never, ever, ever buy from West Side Honda again! More
I recently helped my sister in-law purchase a Honda Accord from AutoNation Honda. I contacted Adam Foster in the Internet Department and I'm so thankful I did. I asked Adam for a no negotiable price an Accord from AutoNation Honda. I contacted Adam Foster in the Internet Department and I'm so thankful I did. I asked Adam for a no negotiable price and he delivered with a great one. When we arrived at the dealership, he had the Accord all ready for us to look at and from there it was a really easy process. We completed all the paperwork and was out of the dealership in a record time of about an hour. I've bought numerous cars and very typically it's a 2-3 hour process, but not here. We had a completely awful experience at AutoNation Honda. It seems that AutoNation completely forgot the first rule of sales, “People buy from people they LIKE.” They could learn from Anheuser-Busch’s mott It seems that AutoNation completely forgot the first rule of sales, “People buy from people they LIKE.” They could learn from Anheuser-Busch’s motto – "Making Friends is Our Business." Our salesperson was Adrian. My daughter and son-in-law are newlyweds in their 20’s buying their first new car, so I was just advising. They first thought they wanted a Honda CRV LX and found one they liked. I advised them to sleep on it and shop around since there are 3 Honda dealers in Knoxville. This agitated Adrian greatly. This was Wednesday. We went back on Friday. In the meantime, the kids had decided to upgrade to an E-XL. You would think Adrian would be happy to sell a more expensive vehicle, but he was not. He said they had already pulled the LX off the lot and cleaned it up, but we saw it still setting on the lot, not washed. In the negotiations, Adrian told my son-in-law that he could not do math. My son-in-law has a degree in Bio Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, so he can do math quite well. It went downhill from there – Adrian was very contentious – making us all very uncomfortable. I have purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime, and I have never had a more unpleasant experience. This story does have a happy ending however. The kids left AutoNation, went to Airport Honda, found the perfect Honda CRV E-XL, along with a pleasant salesman and had a terrific buying experience at Airport Honda! More

Samuel, the F&I mgr. took care of the paperwork quick and easy, explaining addon options without sales pressure. General Manager, John Patty, even checked in on our purchase to make sure it went well. No tricks here. Just a great car at a great price. Their coffee bar has a great cup of coffee too. More
Everything was great. The staff was acceptional, from the receptionist all the way through to the final paperwork. I ordered an accessory and was able to pick it up the next day from the Parts Dept. and they receptionist all the way through to the final paperwork. I did not mark "great" on price simply because the grand total was more than expected. I would recommend West Side Honda gladly. More
