From the time, I came to the Autonation Honda, my service rep took care of me. Since it was urgent, they worked me in right away. I needed a car, and he(Honda) took care of it including the cost. There is nothing more Bill (William) could have done to make my visit any better for his customer service is amazing along with the Honda team. I really appreciate the call( a warm body) vs a text to let me know what was wrong and also when my Honda was ready for pickup. He also took care of returning the rent a car, so I could go celebrate a family birthday without delay. All went well!!! More
